[2]-Now select Brush Tool & use the following Brush & settings
[3]-Now Open New Layer & then select FFFFFA color in forground & then create the following ice balls
[4]-Now go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur & use the following settings
[5]-Now your image should look as shown below
[6]-Now go to Image Ready with the help of Ctrl+Shift+M & then go to WINDOW>ANIMATION & create 3 Duplicate Frames with 3times,
click on following button which is indicating by Hand sign
[7]-Now select FRAME-1 & hide the Layer1
[8]-Now your image should look as shown below
[9]-Now select FRAME-2 & show the Layer1 & then your layer Pallete should look as shown below
[10]-Now create the following adjustment with the help of Move Too
[11]-Now select FRAME-3 & select Layer1 & create the following adjustment with the help of Move Tool
[12]-Now select FRAME-4 & select layer1 & create the following adjustment
with the help of Move Tool
[13]-Now Play the Animation with the help of click on following button which is indicating by Hand sign as shown below
[14]-Now go to FILE>SAVE OPTAMIZED AS.
