After almost a year of pursuing my freelance gig and countless marketing to local and international clients

We are a team of freelance artists and programmer willing to offer the Following services at a flexible time:

some of the sample designs are not in the portfolio page due to our client's request, but we can show you if you want to see some of our development portfolios.



For Freelance Web Developers (or designers)

We are planning to assign projects to freelance programmers (preferably web dev) and designers if we are loaded with a lot of projects that we can't handle simultaneously.

We prefer programmers actually, but if I can't handle the design by myself, I will be looking for support also.
Here are the Criteria that we need

For Developers:
Proficient in PHP/MySql, XHTML, CSS (table-less design), C++, SEO
Knowledge in Joomla and Ruby on Rails is a Plus
Good Project Management skills
Trustworthy
Has own Computer and Internet Connection
-Strong Portfolio and sample programs/system developed

For Designers:
Creative
Above Average in Photoshop, or any raster and vector softwares
Knowledge in 3DS MAX is a plus
Strong knowledge in Flash
Good Color Theory and Blending skills
Able to do Web Design and CSS
Able to conceptualize Logos and other marketing materials.
Knowledge in Web Development is a plus
Background in advertising is a plus.
Has own Computer and Internet Connection

Note: We are not Guaranteeing that you will have regular projects.
Just to clear it up, we will only hire a freelance in case we are loaded with too many projects that we cannot handle.
As of now we have 3 pending projects waiting for the green light. if this gets the go signal, we will begin hiring freelancers.

Im doing directory advertisements for UFPB (User Friendly Phone Book - A Directory Publishing Company Based in the United States). I use photoshop cs2 and illustrator cs2 for making ads. I do not have enough knowledge on 3ds max, I wish i could participate on some of your projects in my spare time. please feel free to contact me if ever you need an artist. I was wondering if you can do web design and flash?

tanong lang ako ha. sa flash ba animation lang ba or actionscripts or both?
